You will drive retail sales through providing field merchandising support to the business, building relationships and compliance at store level, providing in-store training and ensuring that appropriate levels of stock are held by retailers.

Essential skills:

Experience in a retail environment.
Experience of dealing with people, both external and internal.
Strong presentation skills, including ability to present to groups. Confident speaker and professional presented.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to resolve issues through communication and negotiation. Confident, professional and calm manner.
Numerate, able to analyse numerical data and draw conclusions.
Able to build long-term relationships on store level.
Decision-making/problem solving skills.
Strong self-management and organisation skills, and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills.
