Job Description
A luxurious establishment, with a 2AA Rosette accredited restaurant, is ideally situated in beautiful seaside position on the Isle of Wight.
Our client is looking for a Strong Chef de Partie to work within a brigade of 4. The ideal candidate must have a real passion and dedication for delivering the highest standards of food and service.
The position will require an applicant with a proven and solid rosette background. The chosen candidate can expect the opportunity to develop their career through learning and progression within the establishment. The role will involve maintaining standards of hygiene and consistently assisting to improve standards of food quality.
INCLUDES POSSIBLE LIVE IN BY THE SEASIDE!
Qualifications/Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be a confident chef, highly focused and passionate about food prepared to a high standard.
Applicants should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and appropriate hygiene, health and safety certification is essential.
An excellent stable CV with good references required.
