Job Description
A choice of dining options offering highly commended cuisine. With Banqueting, fine dining and a brassiere and they are expanding and looking for skilled chefs.
Outstanding 3 rosette dining
100 plus bedrooms
Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
Good solid experience, with a Pastry background
Rosette experience but not essential
Need to be keen, talented, committed and have flair.
Need to be willing to learn and progress.
