Location Enham Alamein, Andover
Salary GBP35-38,000 pa
Hours 37.5 per week Flexitime
Job role
If you have a passion for Services marketing, communications and brand management, and either work or want to work within the not-for-profit sector, then we want to hear from you. The Marketing and Communications Manager is a newly created role. You will play a pivotal role; building on the strengths of the new and existing team to develop a high performing and professional central marketing capability that exceeds customers’ expectations.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams to:
€¢ Raise the profile and awareness of the Charity and Scheme, so that they are known and recognised as a leading provider of innovative and quality services
€¢ Support the development of the Brand strategy
€¢ Develop, drive and manage the implementation of the Business / Service unit marketing and communications plans to support the delivery of the Charity Business Plan.
Ideal candidate
You will ideally have successfully built high performing teams and have both agency and client side marketing and communications experience. You will be used to working in a multi-product or multi-service environment, managing a portfolio of products or services. Being highly creative you will relish a new challenge as the company embarks on an exciting period of development.
You will have excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships. Most of all, you will want to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and set high standards to achieve this.
Qualifications
CIM post graduate diploma and / or marketing degree.
Evidence of continued professional development.
This role is challenging but ultimately rewarding for the right person.
