Exact days and hours by agreement with employer but hours will generally be some time between 10am – 4pm. Total of eight hours per week (Monday-Friday). Additional hours will sometimes be required so applicants will need to be flexible. Please apply even if you are not able to work all the days required as job sharing may be considered.

I am looking to employ one or more Personal Support Assistants (PA’s) for an average of eight hours per week (Monday-Friday) to assist with domestic tasks that I often struggle to manage due to my disability. I am a single parent (mother of two young children aged 4 and 18 months) and often suffer from severe depression and anxiety. During these ‘lows’ it can be a real struggle for me to manage my basic household tasks. I have no mobility difficulties and the main effects of my disability are my high stress levels, low mood, depression and lack of energy and motivation during these times. My health can fluctuate on a daily basis so the required amount of support required will vary and applicants need to be flexible with this in mind.

Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts. All applicants must be willing to undertake an enhanced CRB check.
