Job Description
As a passionate product and sales focussed Communications Professional, you will be used to working proactively to support sales communications, providing the capability to ensure that messaging can be reviewed and qualified to achieve the needs of the sales organisation.
You will have:
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills; the ability to translate complex messages in a meaningful and accessible way
Proficiency in messaging, talking points, presentations
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalently qualified by experience; additional qualification in Marketing/Public Relations beneficial but not essential; an additional language would be advantageous (Spanish, Italian and French in particular)
Experience in working in a multi-cultural, multi-location company and ability to build good internal networks
Ability to work through ambiguity and to lead others through it
The Sales Operations Communications Manager will be responsible for assessing and defining the communications needs of the sales organisation, defining best practice and minimum standards for the delivery of information to support the sales in the regions. You will work closely with product, marketing and internal communications teams and will be the primary owner and driver of the sales portal on the company Intranet as well as the newsletter, ensuring that the content is both informative and relevant and ties to our overall messaging standards.
