We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Agent on behalf of one of our clients based over in Winchester. The ideal candidate must possess a high standard of customer care and communication skills. A sound knowledge of Complaints procedures, Codes of Practice and Terms and Conditions of Employment, and legal and regulatory requirements associated with the Financial and Insurance Industry.
Experience working in Insurance/Financial services sector is essential
A good understanding of Policy Terms and Conditions, Policy Issue and Premium Collection procedures.
An understanding of the Data Protection Act, Financial Ombudsman Service and FSA Regulations
At least one year's experience working in a Customer Services/Call Centre environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £16000 per annum.
