Employment Law Advisor
Wickham, near Fareham
£25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience)
Our client provides employment law consultancy services to private and public sector clients throughout the UK. An opportunity has now arisen for an Employment Law Advisor to join their team at their south coast office.
In this role you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive advisory service to a wide ranging client base, covering all aspects of employment law.
As an Employment Law Advisor your duties will include:
- Providing employment law advice by telephone and email
- Creating contracts of employment, employee handbooks and general HR policies
- Assisting with training and training plans when required
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients
To be considered for this position you will have extensive and detailed knowledge of employment law, preferably coupled with some experience in a similar role. You will also be legally or CIPD qualified (or similar) and able to create personnel documentation, policies and procedures, contracts and handbooks.
In addition to a flexible, commercial approach and exceptional communication skills, as an Employment Law Advisor, you should also have a good level of computer literacy. Enthusiasm and a willingness to go the extra mile are also vital, as is a professional approach and image.
