National Service Manager Security Systems Industry
New Milton (with nationwide travel)
£50,000 Plus Bonus Scheme, Pension, 26 Days Holiday (option to buy/sell holiday), Life Assurance, BUPA Family Cover, Company Car
Our client is the fastest growing division of one of the UK's largest providers of standalone and fully integrated security systems. A market leader within social alarms, they also provide a growing range of technologies including access control, CCTV and fire detection systems. An opportunity has now arisen for a National Service Manager to join their team.
As a National Service Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing and driving forward the company's service operation in this specialist market.
It ll be up to you to maintain and improve their already excellent performance levels by overseeing the Regional Service Managers who in turn manage a team of c100 engineers focussing on agreed KPIs including: response times, first-time fix rates and overall cost effectiveness.
But your responsibilities don't end there. you'll also be travelling the length and breadth of the country, instilling a culture of customer service excellence, delivering presentations, forging links with industry partners and supporting the re-negotiation and closure of lucrative contracts.
To be considered for this position, you will be a proven Service Manager ideally with a security systems or telecoms background. you'll also need the ability to co-ordinate regional service managers and the commercial acumen required to influence senior level decision-making.
As the National Service Manager you should also have budgetary skills, experience of leading and supporting tenders and the ability to develop strong working relationships. An understanding of operating a 24/7 time critical service will also be essential.
