Immediate openings are now available for experienced or inexperienced customer service representatives in Bournemouth. Don’t worry if you have limited customer service experience, we provide full product training and on-site mentoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Customer Service & Client Service Representative you will be responsible for explaining our clients services to their potential customers and handle general queries from existing customers. You will help interested customers complete their new customer registration forms and leave them will necessary product information.
** Please note this is a face to face role not telesales or call centre based **
SKILLS: As you grow with us, not only will you enhance your customer service skills, but you’ll also have the chance to be involved in marketing & sales presentations and to develop your leadership abilities. Learning time management, the ability to motivate others and increased levels of confidence can also be expected.
ADVANCEMENT: If you’re looking to grow both personally and professionally, we offer a Business Development Program to top performers. After the initial stages of development, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the Managing Director on a day to day basis to learn internal business practices.
REQUIREMENTS: A professional image and strong communications skills are essential because we meet directly with potential customers whre they work, live or shop. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and full time hours are preferred. Hours and earnings will vary based on campaign and additional responsibility but will be based entirely on results. They will be discussed during the interview process.
