We are currently recruiting for this large Financial Services business based in Portsmouth for a motivational, infectiously enthusiastic Manager to lead a team of Customer Sales Agents within a busy, results focused environment.

Key duties will include:
Maximising the realisation of new business and retention of existing business through leveraging performance, maximising service levels and ensuring that departmental and individual team member objectives are hit.
Ongoing coaching and performance management of a large team of people.
Developing a sales driven culture across the business.
Identifying needs and designing business plans for your area in order to add value to the business.
Regularly dealing with management information reports and presenting findings, along with recommendations to the management team.
Set departmental incentives and competitions in order to ensure achievement of targets .
Maintain a professional atmosphere by 'leading from the front'.

We are looking for a real 'people person' - an influential leader with an inspiring, motivational presence. In order to be considered, you MUST have lead a team of people within a sales environment, preferably within a Financial Services call centre. The successful candidate will thrive in a results driven, high paced environment and will be able to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills.
