We currently have a position with one of our large blue chip clients seeking a Customer Relations Manager.
You will have two Team Leaders reporting to you and 25 people within the department. The Customer Relations department is split into Claims and Customer Relations.
To effectively lead and Manage the Customer Relations Department to deliver optimal customer service whilst meeting and exceeding client and customer expectations. To create an environment which supports a passion for excellence in Customer service and complaint management. To identify trends in Customers "expressions of dissatisfaction" and report through the business to provide solutions and preventative actions.
To Manage the Customer Relations Department, ensuring that service levels for complaint management, claims assessment, customer correspondence and requests are met or exceeded. To work with the business to report on and identify trends and develp action plans to prevent reoccurence. To ensure the escalation process for crisis complaints across the organisation is adhered to.
